The DAP Xi series offers passive installation speakers for a decent bass and a warm and clear Hi-Fi sound suitable for indoor locations. They'll be a perfect audio solution in places such as pubs, restaurants and shops. They can be closely mounted to a wall or ceiling due to multiple mounting options and recessed speaker connector. Xi speakers can be mounted closely to a wall or ceiling with an optional U-shaped mounting bracket and compact speaker wall bracket. The speakers can be placed both horizontally and vertically as the horn of the Xi-8 and Xi-10 can be rotated to up to 90 degrees. For this you'll need to remove the grill. This can be done easily since it is magnet-mounted.

Our latest version is not only equipped with a speaker in- and output connector, but also with a green terminal connector. This is an easier and a more cost effective solution for setting up a fixed audio installation.

The Xi series consists of 5" to 10" full-range 2-way speakers. 12-inch and 2x 8-inch Xi subwoofers are also available for adding natural bass response under high pressure. The DAP Xi-5 is an elegant 5.25-inch passive installation speaker with a 1" Celestion HF driver for a clear Hi-Fi sound. It is mainly suitable for small to larger fixed installations in indoor locations. Its ingenious design, with recessed 4-pin speaker chassis, easily detachable magnet-mount grill and rotatable logo, is perfect for a variety of applications. You can place it both horizontally and vertically and you can choose from various mounting options.

You can place the DAP Xi-5 directly on a ceiling or wall by means of a U-shaped mounting bracket or compact speaker wall bracket. This full-range 2-way speaker is not only versatile, it fits in any room. For example, it is available in black and white version and suitable for larger installations due to the possibility to connect it to an audio infrastructure up to 16 Ohms.

You can connect the speaker using a 4-pin Speaker cable or green terminal connector for a quick and economical installation.
