Delivery Information

For products marked as "24h", the order will be processed after payment is received and shipped within 24 hours if paid by credit card, or the day after the bank transfer is credited.

For all other cases, the processing time generally matches the availability stated on the product page.


The goods are shipped in packaging provided by the manufacturer or in securely sealed cardboard boxes, with special care given to fragile items.


Our customer service team is available to assist with any issues regarding the received product. Typically, delivery by courier takes 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times may vary for islands, Calabria, and some remote areas. Additionally, during holidays or peak seasons, shipments may experience delays beyond standard delivery times.


If the customer has not opted for INSURED SHIPPING, according to Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999 (distance contracts), the goods travel at the recipient's risk. We are not liable for theft, damage, or partial/total loss during transit.


Shipment Tracking

The tracking code will be provided in the shipping documentation on the day the goods are dispatched. In any case, our customer service is always available for any information regarding your order.


Important: Always check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the package is not in perfect condition, report it to the courier, note it on the delivery receipt, and sign with "subject to inspection".
