Terms and Conditions of Website Use
Access to the online store is free. The customer can freely browse, view products, and contact us by phone or email to receive information about products, sales policies, shipping, or after-sales services.
General Sales Conditions
Contract Conclusion
The contract between OpenAudio and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by OpenAudio. Acceptance will be communicated to the Customer via confirmation email, containing the order details (date, time, order number, and purchased products).
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read these general sales conditions and to fully accept them.
Retention of Sales Conditions
If the Customer is a consumer (natural person purchasing for non-professional purposes), they are required to keep an electronic or paper copy of these general sales conditions, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Liability
OpenAudio is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. The Customer is not entitled to compensation or indemnities in such cases.
Purchase Methods
Available Products
The Customer can only purchase products available in the online catalog at the time of the order, accessible at http://www.openaudio.it. Images and descriptions of products are for illustrative purposes and may not accurately represent the product characteristics (e.g., color or dimensions).
Order Confirmation
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by OpenAudio via email, sent to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer is required to verify the accuracy of the data reported in the confirmation and promptly report any errors.
Non-Acceptance of the Order
In case of non-acceptance of the order, OpenAudio commits to promptly communicate this to the Customer.
Order Cancellation
An order can only be canceled if the goods have not yet been shipped. To request cancellation, the Customer can contact customer service at +39 0731 696796 or send an email to info@openaudio.it. If the order has already been processed, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery Responsibility
OpenAudio is not responsible for any delays in delivery attributable to the courier. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify:
The number of packages corresponding to the transport document;
The integrity of the packaging.
In case of damage or discrepancies, the Customer must write "Subject to inspection" on the delivery document, specifying the reason (e.g., "damaged packaging"). Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to Collect
If the Customer does not collect the goods within 5 working days from availability at the courier, the order will be canceled and the goods will return to OpenAudio's warehouses.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on product availability, chosen shipping type, and destination. Generally, products in stock are shipped within 24/48 hours from the order.
Payments
Payments can be made via:
Credit card
PayPal
Bank transfer in advance.
Invoicing
OpenAudio issues an invoice for each processed order, sending it via email to the address provided by the Customer. The information reported on the invoice is based on the data communicated by the Customer at the time of the order. No changes to the invoice will be possible after issuance.
Right of Withdrawal
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, consumer Customers (natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without the need to provide reasons.
To exercise withdrawal, the Customer can:
Send a communication via email to info@openaudio.it;
Complete the withdrawal form available on the website.
The Customer must return the products intact, complete with original packaging and accessories, within 15 days from the withdrawal communication. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Packaged products whose original packaging has been damaged or tampered with;
Products with obvious signs of wear or use;
Purchases made by customers with VAT number for professional purposes.
Warranty
Legal Warranty
New products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for consumers. For customers with a VAT number, the warranty may be reduced to 12 months, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
Warranty on Used Products
The warranty for used products will be agreed with the Customer at the time of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper use of the product.
Return for Repair
To request the repair of a product, the Customer must contact customer service at +39 0731 696796 or send an email to info@openaudio.it. The return must be made through the courier indicated by OpenAudio.

Applicable Law and Territorial Jurisdiction
The sales contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, territorial jurisdiction is that of the place of residence. For professional clients, jurisdiction is exclusively of the Court of Ancona.
